The Ins And Outs of How We Do Business

  • How do I add additional services to my clean?
    We prefer to have at least a 1 week notice for scheduling purposes. You can request additional services by either a text,email or by phone. Whichever is more convenient for you.
  • Are we allowed to leave tips?
    Yes! You can include it in your check,contact the office and let us know if you want us to add it to your credit card or you can leave cash. We ask if you decide to leave a cash tip that you leave a note with it clearly stating that it is for your cleaner.
  • Is there a lock out fee if I forget to cancel or the team can't gain entry?
    Yes there will be a $35 fee charged to your account.
  • Does someone need to be home during our clean?
    No you do not need to be home. Most of our clients prefer to have their home cleaned during work hours or while they are running errands.
  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    We accept all major credit cards, cash or checks. Payment is due on the date of service. If you have not made a payment within 14 days of service a $35 late fee will be applied.
